* Luminita
Anghel's voice has recently been remarked by the English composer Blair
MacKichan, internationaly famous for his hits written for stars
like Lisa Stansfield or Maggie Reilley.
As an artist Blair had UK National Top 40 chart success with the
singles "Have Fun, Go Mad" and "Life". He has performed on UK
tours with his own 8 piece live band supporting Kool and The Gang and
Human League. He has also PA'd throughout the UK on radio, roadshows
and the Club circuit. TV and film credits include "Have Fun" featuring
in Sliding Doors, Payback, Dunstand Checks In, Bean, Three to Tango,
incidental and theme music for Electric Circus (Live and Kicking, BBC),
Beast (BBC series), Dear Dilemma (ITV series), Dinner Dates (LWT
series), Talent 2000 (BBC2 feature), The Mag (Channel 5 Kids ), Mad
Cows (incidental track in the film).
The composer needed just one audition for finding Luminita's great
voice potential. "I met her two month ago in a club and her voice is
the best", he said. And because Luminita needs good songs which can
match her vocal qualities, she instantly accepted MacKichan's
offer. She won't need to go to England though, because she will record
the songs in the studio of producer Andrei Kerestely.
